An integral element of admission to M7s and top-20 business schools is the interview. While some schools, like Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), invite 2 applicants for each available seat and others, like Kellogg, invite all applicants, admission can only take place after an interview (virtually or in-person).
While there are no 100% guaranteed questions in an interview, you must still prepare. Continuing from our last session on the interview preparation, this week will will focus on those pesky behavioral questions that always seem to throw the applicant off their game. We will cover the most effective way to answer some critical questions like:
Tell me about a time you successfully achieved your target.
Tell me about a time when you worked on a project that was not well defined. What did you do?
Tell me about a time when you had to adjust to a colleague’s working style to accomplish a project.
Please join us for a quick 30-minute discussion on Acing the Behaviour-based Questions in the MBA interview, and bring as many questions as you have to the discussion (or just come and learn from others’ questions).
