It was a pleasure working with Susan at Sia Admissions. It was incredibly helpful having a single point of contact through the entire journey, and to work with someone who took the time to get to know me and my story.
I reached out to other admissions consultants who were either not eager to get on the phone with me for a preliminary consultation or advised that I lower my expectations in terms of what schools I should target. As an international student, transitioning to the US is challenging and I knew that my goal was to pursue an education at a top US MBA program.
Susan encouraged me to pursue my goals while providing realistic, practical advice. She also helped me understand my own story, in terms of how I’ve gotten to where I am, why I was interested in an MBA, and what tangible goals I wanted to achieve in the future.
This is an exercise that is critically important to not only receiving admission to an MBA program but finding success during the program. After several months of work that included hours of brainstorming, strategizing, and reviewing, I am pleased to say that I was able to obtain offers from multiple top 7/M7 programs with Susan’s support.
I highly encourage anyone who is even considering working with a consultant to get on a zoom call with Susan and see her approach for yourself.
